Centrum, enlisted 1Milk2Sugars and Olive Studio to create a rooftop beauty brand brunch in Toronto. One of North America's leading multivitamin brands wanted something tropical and feminine. Together, we gave them a tropical oasis over-looking the city! On the very top floor of SPACES, we created an intimate brunch space that would make guests feel like they transported out of Toronto. Even if it was just for a few hours.
The Beauty Brand Concept
The focus was on health. Jack and Lil's catered a healthy and delicious brunch. Along with it, was a fabulous fresh juice bar and the welcoming sound of live music. Ambassador, Liv Judd-Soye had the opportunity to present Centrum's Multi-beauty vitamin to influential beauty writers, experts and influencers. The brand concept was that 1 Centrum multi-vitamin contained all the vitamins and nutrition found in the huge brunch display. Impressive, right?!
Cityscape Inspiration
This tropical and modern food display designed by us, brings a whole new experience to brunch. My inspiration for these risers was to make the blocks look similar to the cityscape around the rooftop patio. The sun shone through the cracks of the city buildings and cascaded through the cracks of the block display. It was an impressive buffet.
Balloon Garland
Bright colours of fruit and balloons make this colour-scheme fresh, tropical and feminine. They certainly make me feel happy :)
This gorgeous balloon garland made by SugarGirleeCo. uses the Centrum colours for a beautiful burst of the tropics! I added some real ferns to add that extra tropical flare. A custom hula-hoop and lucite sign showcased the fresh juice bar flavours without blocking the view.
DIY Signage
This simple DIY sign was made using paint pens on lucite. The menu is written on one side and bright coloured paint highlights the titles of the juices on the back. Finally, I cut holes into the lucite and tied it to the hula-hoop for a fun and 3-Dimensional sign!
Freshly squeezed juice isn't perfect until you serve it in a cold glass with a decorative straw of course! These glass jars are part of our rental collection and are just the right size for a single serving.
Bring a hint of tropics
Furniture rentals from Chair-man Mills and beautiful dishware and cutlery from Plate Occasions, top this look amongst the sleek backdrop of the sunny city! Pink goblet glasses and pink plates take this ultra-feminine brunch to a higher level. Tropical leaves in glass hurricanes add a holiday away from the city vibe. Loosely cut peonies scatter around the table for small pops of pink.
Lastly, gift favours displayed on the way out don't go unnoticed. Guests leave this beauty brunch feeling full yet healthy!
