In my family, we have tried to implement the tradition of gifting experiences rather than physical things. Once my family started to grow, gifting photography sessions have never been more appreciated. A lifestyle newborn session is a beautiful way to capture the true dynamic of home life with your baby. You don’t always need a huge  space to capture it either. 

Emily and Trevor wanted to capture the first days of their babies life in a candid way. Together, we captured authentic family moments just “being” with Jeremie in natural light. One recommendation for parents is to tidy your home! Finding the time to shower with a new baby can be almost impossible. However, providing a clean slate for photos is crucial to the creation of clean and beautiful images! Move clutter from window lit areas into closets or close to objects that won’t be photographed like tv’s. Keep bed sheets and clothing neutral so that the focus is on your baby.
