This summer, Olive Studio designed some white washed low rise picnic tables to help clients do just that! The tables are designed to sit with social distancing in mind, or together as a unit. Whatever your gathering entails, the tables seating 4 are versatile, easy to assemble and of course pretty!
You can rent the tables from us directly, or hire a package where we will set up the entire picnic from start to finish.
WHO PICNICS
Most people love a picnic. Especially when they don't have to plan it or do the cooking or dragging of the cooler to the beach! lol.
With social distancing limitations, picnics are a great way to get coworkers, family and friends together. They also make great backdrops to bridal and baby showers, engagements, proposals, date nights, anniversaries, birthdays, + team meetings!
BOXED LUNCHES
We have a selection of individual boxed lunch menu's to choose from, as well as custom menu options. From cold deli sandwiches, to salads, buddha bowls or charcuterie boxes, we have it all starting from $25p/p and up. All packages come in a 10x10 box with bamboo cutlery, linen napkin, glasswares and personalized name tags. It also includes a lemonade, sparkling and flat water station with ice and cooler.
SET UP FEE
Picnics start at a minimum of $400 for a 2-4 person picnic. Each additional guest after that is $25p/p. This includes the delivery and set up of the tables, garland, rug, cushions, water station, boxed lunches, table decor, wifi speaker and the tear down, cleaning of glasswares. All boxed lunches are additional fees.
ADD-ONS
Common add-ons to picnic packages are event photography coverage, flower crowns, balloon garlands, photo backdrops and a beverage menu. Inquire within for accurate pricing.

HOW IT WORKS
Luxury picnics come to you! We can set up at your home or in a public space. You focus on inviting the guests, and we will do all the leg work so you too can actually enjoy the party. We will send you 3 themes to choose from, to set the tone of your event. Once this look is established, we will get you to choose the menu and send us any food restrictions. The only other thing you have to do, is show up!
