Two weeks prior to this gorgeous farm wedding, I delivered my son. Consequently, Lelania had the pleasure of capturing these beautiful moments, and I got to live in the moment through the editing afterwards.
I met Shelby back in 2016 when she was a maid of honour for another client's wedding. Her friend circle is amoung a solid bunch of individuals that exude positivity, zest in life and so much love. I knew the wedding was going to be one of tears of joy and moody farm light.
FARM WEDDING
I don't know about you, but upon looking at these images I am rekindled with that tingle of new love feeling. The sweetness and the admiration between Shelby and Steven is palpable. Their families' love for them radiated too. These are the kind of photos I live for capturing. The pure moments that cannot be faked.
LOVE
Beyond all the good feels, there is also this beautiful quality of light with farm weddings. The way the light bursts through the wood panels makes you feel as though you are the key actor in a Disney movie. It is majestic, mysterious and sets the tone for romantic poetry to be recited. Maybe I am just a romantic at heart, but I am pretty sure Shelby and Steven feel like they were the stars of their own romance movie that day too.
